About this site

This site is a catalogue of business document templates — standard operating procedures, an employee handbook scaffold, a business plan and incident reports. Every document is a controlled document with a number, a revision, an owner and a review date, and every one ships blank and worked, copyable as clean text and printable.

What it is not

It is not professional or legal advice. These documents are starting structures for you to build on, and anything that will have legal or contractual effect, or that varies by jurisdiction, should be reviewed by someone qualified in the relevant place. It is not affiliated with any standards body, and it makes no claim that any template meets a standard.

Who writes the templates

The templates are written against the way small teams actually work, and against the questions people ask when they open a template site and close it in frustration. Nothing here is written by a consultant persona, and there are no invented credentials or testimonials.

How it is funded

Everything is free in full, with no account and nothing to sign up for. The site is funded by a single content locker on the SOP template page, which is currently switched off. No one pays to be listed here, there are no affiliate links and no sponsored placements.
